This is our version of a retainer. If your business is important to you, provide us a small monthly investment to get on the top of our project cue – in some ways it can be seen as a gesture. It is very handy with an annoyance or something along those lines – but don’t worry, if it is a big emergency like your site going down or something drastic, we will be there whether you purchase this package or not. Priority service is included. The only caveat is off- hour service (outside of 8am-5pm Pacific) which is 50% more than our going rate.
